Louisiana ACT Contracts and Amendments, 2018 -2026

Attached are the contracts and associated amendments between the Louisiana Department of Education (LDOE) and ACT for 2018 thru 2026. The forst and last files below are the main contracts, including fees, for ACT testing in 10th, 11th, and 12th grades, and ACT Workkeys (the tech level ACT version, so to speak) for 11th and 12th grades. Louisiana spends (or plans to spend) roughly $3M – $3.5M on ACT testing per annum.

The amendments to the first contract (August 2018 – June 2021) are adjustments made due to the pandemic.

Note also that the last page (page 29) of the first contract involves an amendment specifying that certain identifiable student data be provided by ACT to a third party, escholar, for the purpose of creating de-identifying student ID numbers.
